File Requirements
Exactly what to send us so your mix starts smoothly.
Formats
Use WAV or AIFF for source recordings. MP3 and M4A are fine for rough mixes and references only.
Same start time
Export every stem from the very start of the session so files line up when dropped in.
Dry files
Upload dry vocal files where possible. If an effect is creatively important, also include a wet reference so we know the intent.
Avoid
Clipped recordings, normalised source stems (unless instructed) and unlabelled file names.
Labelling
Name files clearly: Lead Vocal, Double L, Double R, Adlib 1, Harmony Stack, Beat, Rough Mix.
