The guarantee
If the first assigned engineer is clearly not the right creative fit after the initial revision process, we'll reassign your project to another qualified engineer once at no additional charge, subject to our project and revision policy.
How to use it
Submit one complete revision round first. If the result still misses your direction, message your project manager and request reassignment.
Limits
The guarantee applies once per project and requires that the original files and creative brief remain unchanged.
